Each order is crafted and built right here at our shop. We take pride in our work and do our best to get it to the hands of our customers the soonest as possible to enjoy it.
It typically takes us 1 to 3 working (business) days to complete each order. Fully customize and personalize gear takes us between 3-5 days before shipping.
Shipping time varies between 2 business days up to 1 week depending on your location. Please contact us if you haven’t received your item after 10 business days.
United States: We use USPS first-class (3-4 days) shipping to the United States with tracking.
Canada: We use Canada Post Xpress Mail (3-4 days) shipping to Canada with tracking.
nternational: For overseas orders, we are using USPS first-class mail or Canada Post express (7-24 days) or as suggested by their international shipping partners.
***HOLIDAYS*** – please keep in mind that holidays are an extremely hectic time for any postal service. Please make your orders well in advance, since we cannot guarantee an in-time.
We accept payment via PayPal and credit cards. Products are shipped once payment is received in full.
All products come with our standard 1-year replacement warranty (Except GadgetWallet 3.0- see below under Limited Lifetime Warranty).
The warranty period applies from the first date of purchase of the product and any claim under this warranty must be made within 12 months covering defects in materials and workmanship, excludes where a defect is caused by misuse, abuse, lost/stolen, poor storage, or unauthorized changes to the product.
This warranty applies to all new MGear Gadget Wallet 3.0 only. We’ve rigorously designed, built, and tested our MGear Gadget Wallet 3.0 for all types of adventures, made to stand up to the wear and tear of your active lifestyle.
We guarantee a comprehensive lifetime warranty on your product free from defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not include add ons, accessories, and customized options added to the wallet. Excludes where a defect is caused by misuse, abuse, lost/stolen, poor storage, or unauthorized changes to the product. Proof of purchase, VIP card, or warranty card with the serial number is required for all warranty claims.
We want you to be happy with your experience with us. We have strict quality control procedures at our shop, but in a rare case when your item is defective upon receiving it within 30 days we will issue a full refund or exchange.
For returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be given in your original payment method when the product is received and will exclude shipping costs.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable outside of North America. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office in your country directly.
The buyer takes full responsibility if a wrong/old address is provided to us. If the item was shipped before we are contacted with the correct address, the buyer will not be eligible for a free replacement.
